When do your marathons start and how can I join?

Our marathons begin on the 1st and 16th of each month. To join, schedule a meeting with a marathon captain.

Is there a fee to join the marathon?

No, there is no fee to join the marathon. We work with Herbalife Nutrition's program, and all participants using our program receive training and marathon participation as a complimentary benefit.

Can I participate in marathons continuously?

Yes, you can participate in marathons continuously, as long as you follow the participation rules and use our nutrition program.

Can I become a marathon captain?

Yes, you can become a captain. We will gladly train you through our business training program, but only after an interview.

What is the marathon like?

The marathon is like a fun and exciting game where you continually track your team's results and support each other.

How can I track my progress during the marathon?

Progress tracking occurs through a bot that provides you with necessary information and through contact with your trainer/marathon captain.

Are there any specific dietary guidelines I should follow during the marathon?

You will receive all necessary guidelines for successfully achieving your desired results.

Can I participate in marathons if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

You must notify us in advance about your dietary restrictions or allergies. Just like when you order food in a restaurant or buy products in a supermarket, you will receive necessary information about the products, based on which you can decide to join the program. You can also consult with your healthcare provider regarding any health-related restrictions.

Are there any age or fitness level requirements to join the marathons?

Any age or fitness level is suitable for participation in the program.

How long do the marathons typically last, and what is the commitment level expected?

The standard plan consists of two 15-day cycles, each comprising a 10-day "run" and a 5-day break.
